LMS/LCMS SITEA
REDOX, S.A moved by the need to create more flexible and effective training
environments through the use of new technologies, has developed the technology
of its own e-Learning Platform SITEA (advanced e-Learning System).
This Platform contains all the functionalities of a LMS, taking special care to
the bi-directional communication aspects (student-mentor) and multidirectional
communication aspects (Virtual Community), making easier the tracking of the
students learning process through an effective monitoring and management of the data of the complete training
process.

INET Environments. It is a server application
oriented to the distribution of e-learning contents in INET environments. |

Multilinguistic. Its multilingual
functionality allows its quick adaptation in the implantation of e-
learning environments in other languages different to Spanish. Actually
there exist operative versions in Basque language, Spanish and English. |

Contents indexation. It manages the index of
the contents of the courses, distributing contents pages, evaluation
tests, which contribute to an easy access to the information in each
case. |

Access Control. It manages the access control
and authentication of the users, their licences and access to the
available courses and temporal restrictions to them. |

|
Tracking capability. It registers the progress
of the students along the training process in terms of results obtained
in the tests and time dedicated to the study. It also provides a graphic
representation of the evolution of the training process.
The LMS enables us to offer courses while providing us with the
necessary assessment and reporting capabilities to help monitoring and
tracking the learning process. |

Administration and tutorial service. It
supplies with administration and tutorial tools, which allow the
management of the training process, making possible to give personal
answers to the users. It allows personal track attendance and
student information. |

High Performance. In terms of performance,
the LMS built on an open service architecture, offers the ability to prescribe
and personalize individual learning paths, as well as a capability of
ilimitated service. |

Usability. The access and
presentation of material are designed to be easy-to-use and highly
intuitive for the users. |

Customized. The design of navigation
interface is easily customized and adapted to the different needs. |
